ACT Outcomes Toolkit
In partnership with the Deaconess Foundation, VCR is engaged in the evaluation of several of the Children's Agenda Work Groups using the ACT Outcomes Toolkit (www.act-toolkit.com).

Safe Schools Healthy Students Evaluation
VCR is the lead evaluator for the Safe Schools Healthy Students Initiative in the St. Louis Public Schools. The initiative is sponsored by three federal departments to strengthen communities' ability to prevent violence and provide intervention services in schools
(www.sshsac.org).

Maternal Child Family Health Needs Assessment
The St. Louis Maternal Child Family Health Coalition has provided funding for VCR to conduct a needs assessment of the health status of mothers, infants, and children in the St. Louis region, available services, and an analysis of service gaps.

Environmental Scan, Families and Learning Initiative
Conducted by VCR for Success by 6®, the Environmental Scan provides an overview of the system of early childhood care and education in the St. Louis region. Includes the Survey of Services for Children with Special Needs and their Families.
